Supporting JLR Experience with Venue administration including exceptional client service and supporting processes.
What you'll do
Preparation of client journey touchpoint assets
Client engagement
Prepare and maintain client facing areas aligned to Venue standards
Handle booking enquiries, process payments and make client calls
Input and manage client data
Coordinate client catering requirements
Maintain Checkfront bookings and associated schedules
Align client activity with Product Expert schedules
What we're looking for
Background in hospitality and customer facing roles
Ability to work alongside functional teams and assist others as local fact holder
Enthusiasm, drive, commitment and confidence to achieve goals with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Be numerate with understanding of Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Powerpoint
Open to working alternate Saturdays as required (5 day shift pattern)
Hold a full UK Drivers license
