You'll deliver world-class drive experiences at JLR – demonstrating cutting-edge capability and technology to some of the most critical audiences on the planet. This is the role for someone who thrives under the spotlight, loves vehicles, and knows how to tell a story behind the wheel.
What you'll do
Deliver a wide range of internal and external drive events, expertly demonstrating Range Rover, Defender & Discovery across on-road, track and off-road terrains
Support JLRE Brand Experience Global Operations with instructor and engineering training
Support JLR Brand Experience Fleet operations with equipment movements and inspections
Be a knowledgeable expert in JLR's connectivity and InControl technologies, supporting encore and sales activities
Supervise the safe and responsible use of vehicles and maintain up-to-date risk assessment knowledge
Demonstrate best-practice driving techniques and storytelling to entertain and engage media and senior guests
Show genuine passion and enthusiasm for the Land Rover brands
Follow established standards and procedures, ensuring event and drive activity standards are continually improved
Complete personal development activity to achieve required certifications, including mandatory training
What we're looking for
Excellent customer-facing and communication skills – credible, warm and engaging
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Project management experience and the ability to present complex technical information clearly
A proven ability to build and manage teams in remote or challenging drive locations
Extensive knowledge of JLR product specification and technology
Extensive drive experience including LRE Lead Instructor level training and competencies
