As People Partner, you'll be working across employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, culture and engagement, and performance. It's a hands-on role that blends trusted advice with getting the detail right, working closely with our Head of People as a visible presence for crew and managers across every D3 Crew site.
What you'll do
Employee Relations:
Be a familiar, visible presence across our sites, so crew feel comfortable coming to you for everyday support and advice.
Handle day-to-day employee relations with confidence and good judgement, drawing on the Head of People when needed.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Lead recruitment and onboarding, making sure candidates have a brilliant experience at every stage.
Oversee contracts, DBS checks, systems access and induction plans so every new starter gets a great welcome.
Culture & Engagement:
Bring our values to life through culture and engagement initiatives, supporting wellbeing, inclusion and a positive workplace every day.
Performance & Compliance:
Keep performance conversations, training and compliance in good order.
What we're looking for
Solid experience in an HR or People generalist role.
Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn trust quickly with people at all levels.
The confidence to coach, advise and make judgement calls that stay true to our values, rather than just following a process.
A full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel regularly between our sites at Eastnor, Solihull, Fen End and Liverpool.
Able to reliably commute to our office near Hereford.
