Working within the JLRE Venue delivery team, you'll provide professional, compelling and educational on-road, track and off-road drive experiences that bring the Range Rover, Defender and Discovery story to life. You're the face of JLR on the ground – every interaction matters.
What you'll do
Deliver technology drives to clients across on-road, track and off-road terrains
Be a knowledgeable expert, proactively supporting JLR's clients and retailers – face-to-face, by email and by phone
Be an expert in JLR's connectivity and InControl technologies to support encore and sales activities
Supervise the safe and responsible use of vehicles and maintain current risk assessment knowledge
Demonstrate best-practice driving techniques and engaging storytelling to create memorable guest experiences
Host guests to the highest standard, tailoring each experience to individual needs
Encourage clients to stretch their capabilities and deepen their understanding of their vehicles
Follow established standards, complete mandatory training and stay current on all required certifications
What we're looking for
Competencies as described in the Instructor competency matrix
Extensive driving experience; full UK driving licence held for the last 12+ months
Outstanding communication skills – verbal and written
Ability to work alongside functional teams as a local knowledge holder
Genuine enthusiasm, drive and commitment, with a Customer First manner
Passionate about guest satisfaction; experience in a similar environment is a bonus
Multilingual ability is an advantage
